The 2008 Richmond Tattoo Arts Festival will take place November 21st-23rd, 2008. If you have not registered for the convention, now is time to act.Preregistration is available and the first 200 people recieve a discounted weekend pass ($25) and free tshirt from a previous convention! There are limited amount of rooms and to ensure that you get a place you can register now by going to the form page.
